It has been a while since I raced and the results definately showed this.
I did a 17 mile run 2 days before the race and felt kinda flat during the race. I felt really good throughout the race but just couldn't access another gear. But hey 1st race of the year even if it was about 30 seconds slower than last year. This was my first race I ran being engaged (huzzah!). My fiance also ran the race and took 3rd as well so between the two of us we got two Ulyssess S Grants.
Its all about the Ulysessess S's babY!!!!
Thanks giving point half and 5k they do a great job it is always well organized, they have a great venue, next step for them is to put together an awesome prize drawing.
