NMD 5k

I ran this local race last weekend. It was down at the Riverwoods and the RD didn't want to have to pay the police so we did two loops around the river trail - definitely not my favorite course.  It was also pretty hot at 9am.  I tried to keep Derrick within a reasonable distance but he pulled away after 1.5 and then I was on my own.  He finished first, I finished 2nd for the second week in a row.
