SLCTC Winter Series 10k

We lucked out with weather today except for the wind on the last 5k.   Warmup with Allie. Ran the first 5k with Devra and Allie.  We started out conservative then picked it up each mile. Hit the wind at the turn around.  I latched on to Dakota Cobler from East for 2.2 miles and drafted.  Then picked it up the last mile and made it hurt to the finish.  I was lucky that he was ok with me on his tail, it really helped!  Thanks!  Finished first women in 37:40.   Cool down with Allie and Devra including 5x30 sec pickups. 6:02 5:53 5:49 6:14 6:12 6:07 1:22 (6.24)
