IHH Run/Walk 5k

I thought the Intermountain Healing Hearts run and walk would have some decent competition because there were about 650 people signed up but I was wrong. They actually had two courses, one for walkers and one for runners, but the overwhelming majority did the walk. There couldn't have been much more than 100 runners.

I led the entire race and thought I was going pretty fast. I beat the second pace finisher by a couple minutes, but my time was pretty discouraging. At least I came away with some sweet locket-styled cuff links :)
