Surf 5k

I sold my soul to the devil on this race and only did it because of the prize money.  The winner, male and female, gets $100.  I was blown away by just how small the race could be.  Excluding some walkers that got a head start, there couldn't have been more than 20 of us.  Nobody was within a few minutes of me and I decided to treat it like a tempo run, especially since it was the second race I did that day.  Knowing that I would win the money, I was reminded of how Adam Jenkins gave his winnings back to the race that he was.  I asked myself whether I would do the same thing, but in the end I just took it.  I guess I'm a bad guy, but these proceeds go to a soccer club instead of cancer.
