Speedy Spaniard offers you a fast 10k course on the roads of spanish fork.  For the most part the gentle down hill course is scenic until you hit a couple of farm lands that reek of animal excrete.  Just saying there is nothing like gasping for your next breath and filling up with aerisolized fecal matter.
Speedy spaniard is a fun one, its going to be hard for road races to compete with that temple to temple which is totally free.  The problems with the speedy spaniard are they have a really bad prize drawing, the victory money is not fabulous and last but not least, there is some thieving hobo at the starting line who may steal your warmups.  I mean really I take my warmups off and put them in some obscure tree and when the race is over they are all gone.  That is totally rhombus man!!!
I think I may have to stick with temple to temple from now on.
