Lavender Days- Melody

The Sojourners represented today taking the top 4 overall spots- Robert, Clark and Trevor secured the top 3 spots and I passed a guy near the finish and took first for women and 4th overall.

This course is tough!  It's on dirt roads that wind through the lavender fields.  The first 1.5 miles are a steady but not too steep uphill.  The rest is pretty downhill with a short uphill section.  No women came with me so I focused on the five guys in front of me and eventually reeled 2 of them in.
